About Me:

Hi, I’m Debra Griffin, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and I’m passionate about helping teens lead healthy, balanced lives.

For over 18 years, I’ve worked as a school counselor, guiding teens through the ups and downs of adolescence. I know firsthand how tough it can be to navigate stress, body image issues, and mental health challenges during the teen years. That’s why I transitioned into health coaching—to provide more personalized support and help teens build healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Through my personalized coaching programs, I combine my expertise in counseling, nutrition, and behavior change to empower teens to take control of their health—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Whether it’s managing stress, improving nutrition, or building self-confidence, I’m here to provide the tools and support teens need to succeed.

My Approach

I believe in meeting each teen where they are and helping them build small, sustainable changes over time. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, which is why I create custom wellness plans based on each teen’s unique needs and challenges. My goal isn’t just to help them feel better now, but to give them the tools to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle long into the future.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology

  • Certified Health Coach

  • Certified Yoga Instructor

  • Certified in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition

  • National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach

  • Over 18 years of experience as a school counselor

  • Food For Life License instructor in training with Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM).
