A: Wellness coaching is designed for teens who want to improve their overall health—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're struggling with stress, nutrition, or just want to feel more confident, I’m here to help you build a personalized plan that works for you.

Each session is typically 45 minutes to 1 hour. During this time, we’ll work together on your goals, explore challenges, and find actionable steps to keep you moving forward.

Yes, for younger teens, I encourage parents or guardians to be part of the process. This ensures everyone is on the same page and supports the goals we set together.

You can book a session directly through my website by visiting the Booking page. You’ll be able to choose the best time for you, and I’ll confirm the details with you before our meeting.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we can find a time that works better for you. Sessions can be rescheduled once, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

I offer both in-person and online coaching sessions, so you can choose whichever option works best for you. Online sessions are held via video call, and in-person sessions are available within a specific area (mention if there’s a geographic limitation).
