About me
Hi, I’m Debra Griffin, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for helping teens live healthier, more balanced lives. With over 18 years of experience as a school counselor, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young people through the challenges of adolescence. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when teens learn to prioritize their well-being and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
After transitioning into health coaching, I focused on empowering teens with the knowledge and tools to take control of their mental, physical, and emotional health. I offer personalized coaching that combines evidence-based strategies with practical tools to help you improve nutrition, manage stress, and boost your self-confidence.
